Photo Submissions:
Half Page Feature: Please submit two photos of your choice.
Full Page, Quarter Page, and 1/9th Page Features: Please submit one photo of your choice.
Photo Approval: Please ensure you have full permission to use your chosen image. We will require written approval from the photographer or studio to avoid any copyright issues. All photos and approvals must be submitted by 2nd September.
For your convenience, a mock-up approval letter is included [here/attached] for parents to send to photographers or studios.
Preferred Photography: If you have a photo you love that was captured by The DJ Jazzy Team, even better – these images are already perfectly aligned with our magazine’s style.
Photo Guidelines: Please ensure your submitted photos:
Have full written permission from the photographer or studio for publication.
Do not contain any visible logos, brand names, or trademarked designs on clothing, accessories, or backgrounds.
Do not include watermarks from photographers or studios (we can crop if needed).
Do not feature copyrighted artwork, posters, or branded products in the background.
Are high-resolution and professionally captured – no blurry or pixelated images.
Quality Matters: We recommend preparing a few high-resolution options so our team can help you select the image that will stand out the most in print.
