MELBOURNE – Fashion Meets Music 2026

SYDNEY – Fashion Meets Music 2026

  • 📅 Date: Sunday, 12th July
    🕤 Time: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM

    Book a fitting time that suits you — each session will take approximately 15–30 minutes.

    During your final fitting, your child will:

    • Try on their FMM Runway outfit, styled by DJ Jazzy

    • Have their official FMM headshots taken

    • Receive their Runway Outfit & FMM Pack

  • 🕘 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM

    • Models will be scheduled in 2 hour blocks within the 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM timeframe for their collection. Please ensure you are available for the entire day until your specific time slots are confirmed. Arrival and finish times will be provided once collection assignments are finalized.

    • Models in multiple collections will have extended workshop hours.

    • Attendance is mandatory for show planning and stage placement.

  • 🕘 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM

    The Dress Rehearsal is a mandatory component of Fashion Meets Music. During this session, all models will come together to:

    • Run through the full show

    • Familiarise themselves with the official runway blocking

    • Finalise all elements that bring the performance together

    Attendance is required in order to participate in the Fashion Meets Music show.

  • 🕠 5:45 PM – Red Carpet Arrival
    🕕 6:00 PM – Doors Open

  • ✔️ Attendance at fittings, workshops, and rehearsals is mandatory.
    ✔️ Ensure full availability for the workshop day, as it is crucial for stage preparations.
    ✔️ More details, including collection assignments and fitting bookings, will be provided closer to the date.

    We have a no parent policy for all Fashion Meets Music workshops and rehearsals to ensure the safety and focus of all participating models. If you wish to be involved, you may apply to volunteer when applications open. A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required. Once applications are reviewed, you will be notified if you have been selected as a volunteer.

    All purchases for Fashion Meets Music packages are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to changes in availability, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances. In the event of unforeseen changes, such as date modifications or venue adjustments, we will make every effort to provide alternative solutions. However, refunds will not be issued.
