At the heart of Australia’s Ultimate Singer, Australia’s Ultimate Dancer and Australia’s Ultimate Model are two women who have spent their lives building stars, not simply discovering them.

Dianne Regan is a true architect of talent. For decades she has taken raw potential and shaped it into nationally recognised artists, mentoring performers who have gone on to compete and win on some of Australia’s biggest stages. Her career spans elite development bootcamps, performing arts studios, large-scale productions and the creation of an ARIA-nominated children’s pop group that toured internationally. She has built careers from the ground up and understands what separates a technically skilled performer from a marketable artist. When she judges, she looks beyond surface ability and focuses on longevity, presence, emotional intelligence and that rare, unteachable spark that defines a superstar.

Alongside her is DJ Jazzy, a creative powerhouse who grew up on stage and understands performance through lived experience. Touring from a young age, she developed not only confidence but a deep instinct for audience connection, branding and identity. Today she leads high-impact youth platforms, produces large-scale showcases and styles hundreds of performers across multiple states. As both an artist and creative director, she sees beyond technique and searches for magnetism, individuality and the confidence to truly command a room.

Together, they sit on every judging panel across the Ultimate series, ensuring that the standard remains consistent, intentional and industry-focused. Completing the panel is a carefully selected specialist whose expertise aligns with each discipline, bringing professional insight while maintaining the same core focus of identifying genuine star quality.

These competitions are guided by creators who have launched artists, produced major shows and shaped real careers. When you step onto an Australia’s Ultimate stage, you are not simply being scored.
