By purchasing or participating in Fashion Meets Music, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms set out by DSJ Music Group and DJ Jazzy.

Nature of the Experience

Fashion Meets Music is a creative performance and runway experience produced by DSJ Music Group and DJ Jazzy. The program includes workshops, fittings, rehearsals, photoshoots, live performance elements, and a professionally produced runway show.

Participation involves significant planning, production preparation, staffing, venue hire, styling, wardrobe preparation, and creative development prior to the event.

Non-Refundable Policy

All Fashion Meets Music Experiences are strictly non-refundable once purchased.

Due to the extensive planning, resources, and production costs required to prepare the Fashion Meets Music experience for each participant, refunds cannot be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Illness or injury
• Scheduling conflicts
• Personal circumstances
• Withdrawal from the program
• Inability to attend workshops, rehearsals, fittings, or the final show

Once a participant secures their place in Fashion Meets Music, the production team begins allocating resources specifically for that participant.

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is selected, the purchaser is committing to pay the full amount of the Fashion Meets Music experience.

Payment plans are provided as a convenience only and are not subscriptions that can be cancelled.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree that:

• All scheduled payments must be completed
• The full experience amount remains payable regardless of participation status
• Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the experience while the outstanding balance remains payable

Creative Direction

All creative decisions relating to Fashion Meets Music remain at the sole discretion of DJ Jazzy and the DSJ Music Group production team.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Outfit styling
• Runway themes
• Music selection
• Choreography and runway direction
• Event structure and show production

Participants agree to respect the creative direction required to maintain the artistic vision of the event.

Event Schedule & Program Changes

While every effort is made to maintain the published schedule, DSJ Music Group reserves the right to adjust event dates, rehearsal times, venues, or program structure if necessary due to operational, venue, or production requirements.

Participants will be notified of any changes as early as possible.

Photography, Video & Media

Fashion Meets Music is a high-content production experience where photography and video recording will take place.

By participating in the event, participants grant DSJ Music Group and DJ Jazzy permission to capture and use photography, video footage, and other media content for purposes including:

• Marketing and promotional materials
• Social media content
• Website and digital media
• Advertising campaigns
• Future event promotion

Behind-the-scenes content and live show photography will be captured where possible, however specific images or footage of individual participants cannot be guaranteed due to the scale of the production.

Content Editing & Delivery

Content such as photoshoot images and highlight reels require extensive editing due to the large volume of material captured during the experience.

Editing and production timelines will begin after the final Fashion Meets Music event has concluded. Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the scale of production.

Participant Conduct

Participants and parents agree to follow all guidelines provided by the DSJ Music Group production team.

DSJ Music Group reserves the right to remove any participant from the program if behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to other participants or staff.

No refund will be issued in such cases.

Liability

Participation in Fashion Meets Music is voluntary. Participants acknowledge that runway performances, rehearsals, and production environments involve normal event-related risks.

DSJ Music Group, DJ Jazzy, and affiliated staff are not responsible for:

• Personal injury
• Lost or damaged personal property
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control during the event

Agreement

By purchasing a Fashion Meets Music experience, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and understand the commitment involved in participating in a DSJ Music Group production directed by DJ Jazzy.
